A 10002 Error means one of three things is happening:

1. MSDSpro is not running on the server.

2. The address to connect to the server in client is incorrect.

3. The port 19813 is blocked on the server or in hardware in between.  This means, there is an error in the network between the client and server.  The error could be from either the hardware in the server or client computers.

Please check these issues in the order they are listed.
