The reason this error comes up for particular MSDSs is because some PDF file have security settings in them that prohibit them from being modified, compiled, etc. These security setting were set by the people who published these MSDSs, What you can do here is continue with the binder creation and check that “remember this setting” so that it won’t prompt you again with this error. It will just go straight to showing you the MSDSs with the problems.

you will be given a list of the MSDSs that MSDSpro could not add to the binder for you. There two ways to fix this:

1)       You can find another MSDS pdf file that doesn’t have the security setting like the last one used.

2)       You will have to print those files separately. Then insert them to your binder afterwards.
